Job summary

Travail Employment Group is seeking a Parts Administrator in Keynsham (BS31). The role involves preparing quotations for service and spares, progressing orders to dispatch, and processing timesheets and expenses for Field Service Engineers within an engineering-based business.

You will collate service reports, arrange travel, and manage vehicle administration, while handling general admin tasks. The role offers on-site work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative background with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Experience in engineering-based business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, service and spares.
• Progress spares orders through to dispatch.
• Process timesheets for Field Service Engineers and submit for management authorisation.
• Process expenses for Field Service Engineers and submit for management authorisation.
• Collate service reports and issue relevant actions.
• Provide travel arrangement support (flights, hotels, visas, hire cars).
• Manage vehicle/pool car administration, mileage logs, servicing, MOT, maintenance, cleaning.
• General administration including despatch advice, visit confirmation, risk assessments and method statements, filing, and answering customer calls.
• Support production administration requirements.
• Other duties as may be required.
