Travail Employment Group is seeking a Sales Administrator in Bristol to join a forward-thinking team. The role covers order processing, customer service and procurement support within a busy office environment.

You will work closely with the sales team, use an ERP and CRM system, and contribute to accurate quotes, inventory management and timely dispatch. This permanent role starts ASAP with a salary around £32,000 per annum and benefits including pension and holiday.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a sales administrator or in a customer service role within a supplier-based environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; CRM/ERP experience would be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Process and manage orders via ERP system.
• Ensure accurate order entry including price, delivery and customer details.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product guidance.
• Respond to client enquiries by phone, email and other channels.
• Oversee sample inventory and coordinate dispatch.
• Prepare quotes to clients in support of the sales team.
• Assist with procurement support.
