Job summary

Morson Edge is recruiting an HR Advisor to support Safran Landing Systems on a 6-month contract in Gloucester. You will handle a varied ER caseload, provide first-line HR advice, and coach managers through policy and casework in a busy production environment.

You'll work with HR colleagues and union reps as needed, using Excel to track data, identify trends, and support reporting. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Advisor/ER Advisor or similar role.
• Strong employee relations casework experience.
• Capable of supporting managers through HR processes and investigations.
• Good Excel and data/reporting capability.
• Experience in a busy operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied employee relations caseload (disciplinary, grievance, illness, performance).
• Support investigations with documented evidence and proper process.
• Provide first-line HR advice to managers and staff.
• Coach managers through HR policies and case management.
• Collaborate with union representatives when required.
• Support onboarding, engagement, performance management and HR queries.
• Use Excel and HR data to track activity and reporting.
• Prioritise workload in a busy HR environment.
• Maintain confidential records in line with process.
