Job summary

Owen Daniels in Alcester is seeking an HR Advisor to join a world-leading aviation manufacturing team. You will support line managers, manage HR policies, recruitment, onboarding and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has HR advisory experience, preferably in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and a CIPD qualification. This permanent role offers flexible start times and participation in bonus and pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisory level position or higher.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain legal compliance and promote equality and fairness in HR policies.
• Advise Line Managers on disputes, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals.
• Advise on recruitment and selection, performance management and absence management.
• Support embed recruitment processes to optimise sourcing of talent.
• Provide an excellent onboarding experience for new starters.
• Manage changes to terms and conditions including flexible working and remuneration.
• Support site meet audit requirements relating to HR.

Our client is an exciting world leading aviation manufacturing organization who are looking for an HR Advisor to join their fast-paced HR Team. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a HR related role, will possess strong attention to detail, and will be able to work within a fast-paced environment.

HR Advisor Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday-Thursday 07:30-16:30 OR 08:30-17:30, Friday 07:30-12.30 Alcester

Job Description

• Maintain legal compliance and promote equality and fairness in the application of HR policies and procedures.
• Advise Line Managers in managing dispute resolution, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals.
• Advise Line Managers on best practice in people management and enacting HR policies and procedures including recruitment and selection, performance management and absence management.
• Promote opportunities to enhance employee engagement ensuring HR process adherence.
• Support embed recruitment processes to optimise sourcing and selection of talent.
• Provide an excellent onboarding experience for new starters ensuring appropriate inductions are delivered.
• Manage changes to terms and conditions diligently including flexible working, change to roles, and changes to remuneration.
• Effectively support the Site meet audit requirements relating to HR

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
