Job summary

Ashford and St Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced EPR Support Engineer to join the EPR team. You will provide first-line build support for the Millennium EPR, maintain standard catalogue and clinic configurations, and assist with system upgrades and enhancements to meet Trust needs.

The role requires degree-level education and evidence of continuing professional development, with significant experience in Oracle Health Millennium solutions and NHS systems.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line clinical system build support for the EPR
• Build and maintain standard catalogue and clinic configuration changes
• Support the development and enhancement of the EPR in line with Trust needs
• Assist in planning, testing and implementing system upgrades
• Respond to and resolve user queries and incidents via the service desk
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with relevant teams to resolve problems quickly
• Carry out system administration and data management tasks
• Maintain master files, tables and configurations within Millennium EPR
• Deliver EPR technical support within agreed service levels
• Ensure data accuracy and quality validation within the system
• Ensure change control processes are followed
• Provide technical advice to system users to improve system utilisation
