Job summary

The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Application Support Administrator to maintain and optimise digital clinical systems, including EPR, PAS and T-Pro. You will provide day-to-day support, configuration and incident resolution to ensure clinicians and staff can work efficiently.

You will work closely with digital, clinical and operational teams to enhance workflows, ensure data integrity and support ongoing EPR improvements across the Trust in Birmingham and beyond.

Qualifications

• Provide first and second-line application support for clinical systems.
• Log incidents in the ITSM system and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop knowledge of EPR, PAS and T-Pro to support staff effectively.
• Understand clinical workflows and data quality in patient records.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line application support, resolving incidents promptly.
• Log and manage complex user requests in the ITSM system.
• Support EPR, PAS, T-Pro and related clinical/admin applications.
• Develop detailed technical and functional knowledge of systems.
• Understand patient pathways and where information is entered and stored.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve care processes.
• Administer, configure and maintain supported applications daily.
• Maintain data integrity across EPR, PAS and related systems.
