The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IT Support role within the digital team. You will handle 1st and 2nd line incidents, support EPR, PAS and T-Pro, and work with clinical staff to ensure accurate patient information across systems.

You will log requests, contribute to system upgrades, and help staff adopt new digital workflows while maintaining data quality and system performance.

Qualificações

• Degree in an IT-related subject or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Experience providing 1st/2nd line application support in a service environment.
• Significant experience supporting patient-based IT systems (e.g., T-Pro, CRIS, PICS).
• Familiarity with patient documentation, patient information systems and care pathways.
• Experience setting up user accounts and advising on how work is submitted.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first and second-line support, resolving incidents promptly.
• Log and manage complex user requests in the ITSM system.
• Provide specialist support for EPR, PAS, T-Pro and related applications.
• Maintain data quality and integrity across EPR, PAS and related systems.
• Assist staff with using digital systems and new workflows.
