Job summary

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Cerner Operations Analyst to join the ICT Department's Cerner Operations team at Charing Cross Hospital. You will support the Oracle Cerner EPR system across the Acute Provider Group, ensuring reliable operation and delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in an application support role.
• Basic experience of Cerner Millennium EPR.
• Experience in a highly integrated environment.
• Evidence of working to documented standards and procedures.
• Understanding of the patient journey and challenges faced by clinical and operational users.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, performance, security, and integrity of the Trust's EPR system and data.
• Provide day-to-day application support, investigate and resolve system issues, maintain configuration and reference data, and support Cerner Millennium development.
• Adhere to Trust policies, NHS requirements and apply them within supported systems.
• Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and develop Cerner EPR expertise.
