Responsibilities

• Maintain and build EPR catalogues and clinic configurations.
• Respond to and resolve user queries and incidents via the service desk.
• Perform system administration and data management tasks.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality validation within the system.
• Troubleshoot system issues and work with relevant teams to resolve problems quickly.
• Maintain master files, tables, and configurations within Millennium EPR; support testing of new releases and updates.
• Document application support procedures and system processes.
• Build strong relationships and provide specialist advice to stakeholders.
• Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Act as a champion for digital transformation and safe patient care.
• Work with some independence, prioritising tasks and managing workload.
• Handle unpredictable workloads and competing priorities.
• Follow organisational policies and team-based workload allocation.
• Maintain continuous professional development and technical skills.
• Participate in training, user support, and knowledge sharing.
