Job summary

RSM UK is expanding its UK Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice and seeks an experienced EPM Manager. This hands-on, client-facing role works with the EPM Director to guide Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery through deployment, while supporting growth through demonstrations and events.

You will design scalable budgeting, forecasting and reporting solutions, mentor consultants, and manage engagements with focus on data integrity and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Adaptive from Workday implementations.
• Strong ability to facilitate client workshops and gather requirements.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adaptive from Workday implementations from discovery to deployment.
• Develop and present business requirements and functional designs.
• Manage project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets meet quality standards.
