Role Overview & Requirements

  • Apply and enforce relevant legislation, including the Environmental Protection Act 1990
  • Collaborate with planning and licensing departments to assess applications and provide environmental health guidance
  • When necessary, issue legal notices, compile case documentation, and initiate enforcement actions, including prosecutions
