Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland invites an ambitious environmental consultant to join our London-based team handling environmental due diligence for real estate clients. You will assess liabilities, conduct Phase I studies, and present findings to clients with technical clarity.

You will work alongside experts, delivering robust reports and contributing to project budgeting, development, and broader business initiatives to enhance portfolio value and risk management across diverse assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences or related field (Environmental Sciences, Earth Sciences, Geography, Geology etc).
• Experience delivering environmental due diligence assessments (Phase I) in a consultancy.
• Commitment to robust, diligent reporting and timely client communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver desk studies and Phase I Assessments across UK projects, including site visits.
• Autonomously manage due diligence projects from commissioning to invoicing.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide robust technical advice on complex sites with potential liabilities.
• Support business development, budgeting and wider project initiatives as needed.
