Job summary

WSP in London is seeking an ambitious consultant to join our environmental due diligence team. You will deliver environmental liability advice to real estate clients at transaction points, such as acquisition, divestment and refinancing.

As part of our specialist team you will work with experts across the business, developing your understanding of contaminated land, flood risk, and energy efficiency regulations, while being mentored for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or equivalent.
• Experience delivering environmental due diligence assessments (Phase I).
• Commitment to robust, diligently reported findings.
• Ability to present findings clearly to clients and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to develop within a team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of desk studies and Phase I Assessments, including UK site visits.
• Autonomy to manage due diligence projects from commission to invoicing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide robust technical advice on complex sites.
• Opportunity to broaden skills through business development and budgeting tasks.
