WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks an ambitious consultant to join our environmental due diligence team in our London office. You will deliver environmental liability advice for real estate clients at transaction points, helping them understand risks and opportunities during acquisition, divestment and refinancing.

You will work with experts across the business, delivering desk studies and Phase I Assessments, managing projects from client liaison to invoicing, and contributing to business

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, Earth Sciences, Geography, Geology, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering environmental due diligence assessments (Phase I) ideally in a consultancy.
• Commitment to technically robust, diligent reporting.
• Experience presenting findings to clients in a timely and clear manner.
• Experience delivering projects under tight timescales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Desire to develop and be a contributing team member.

Aufgaben

• Delivery of desk studies and Phase I assessments across UK assets, including site visits.
• Autonomy to manage due diligence projects from commissioning to invoicing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to provide robust technical advice.
• Engage in business development and budgeting activities as appropriate.
