Job summary

WSP in London is seeking an ambitious environmental due diligence consultant to join our award-winning team. You will deliver environmental liability assessments for real estate clients at critical transaction points such as acquisitions, divestments and refinancing, helping clients understand risks and opportunities.

You will work with experts across the business, develop your knowledge of contaminated land, flood risk, asbestos, and energy efficiency legislation, and be supported by a senior

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences or related field.
• Experience delivering environmental due diligence assessments (Phase I) in a consultancy setting.
• Commitment to robust reporting.
• Ability to present findings clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver desk studies and Phase I Assessments, with UK-wide site visits.
• Manage due diligence projects from inception to invoicing.
• Provide robust technical advice on contaminated land, flood risk, and energy efficiency topics.
• Support business development and project budgeting where appropriate.
