Job summary

WSP UK & Ireland is seeking an ambitious environmental consultant to join our London office, delivering environmental liability advice and Phase I Assessments for real estate clients. You will work on a variety of projects, including UK-wide portfolios, and collaborate with experts across the business to assess contaminated land, flood risk, and energy efficiency considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level science degree in environmental-related fields.
• Experience delivering environmental due diligence assessments or Phase I assessments, preferably in consultancy.
• Commitment to robust, diligent reporting.
• Experience presenting findings to clients clearly and timely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver desk studies and Phase I Assessments across UK sites, including site visits.
• Manage due diligence projects from commissioning to invoicing.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to provide robust technical guidance on complex sites.
• Contribute to business development and project budgeting where possible.
