WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an ambitious consultant to join our environmental due diligence team in London. You will deliver environmental liability advice to real estate clients at transactional points such as acquisition, divestment and refinancing, working with experts across the business on a UK-wide portfolio of assets.

As a member of our specialist team, you will be mentored by a senior colleague, contribute to project delivery, and develop your skills beyond due diligence through

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Sciences, Earth Sciences, Geography or Geology.
• Experience delivering environmental due diligence assessments (Phase I) in consultancy.
• Commitment to robust, diligent reporting.
• Experience presenting findings to clients in a timely, clear manner.
• Ability to deliver projects under tight timescales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to develop professionally and contribute to the team.

Responsabilités

• Delivery of desk studies and Phase I Assessments, including UK site visits.
• Manage due diligence projects from commissioning to invoicing.
• Collaborate with team to provide robust technical advice on complex sites.
• Contribute to business development and project budgeting where possible.
