A leading education and training provider in Witham is looking for an Entry Level LSA/TA/Care Assistant/SEND Support Worker. This full-time role involves supporting children with special needs and requires a passion for making a difference. No prior experience is necessary, and training will be provided. A friendly attitude and ability to build strong relationships are essential. The position offers long-term employment, ensuring you work 5 days a week, 8:30am to 3:30pm.

Protocol Education are looking to recruit a learning support assistant / teaching assistant to join a SEND provision in Witham.

The students that attend the schools have a variety of special needs, including ASD / SEMH / MLD / SLD / PMLD or have been identified as having a statement of an educational need. Therefore, a desire to assist in this area is required, but no experience is necessary!

All staff work to inspire, motivate, challenge and support each pupil, no matter what their individual needs may be. A friendly and positive approach to teaching and learning, as well as the ability to quickly build up strong relationships and rapport with individual children is important.

This is a long-term, full-time position so we are looking for candidates to be available 5 days a week between the hours of 8:30am-15:30pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position, and the option to make this role permanent may become available later.
