Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an entry level IT Service Desk Operator - Level 1 to join the Digital Services Team and support 24*7 services. The role requires an IT qualification (A-level/Level 3 Apprenticeship) with little or no experience and offers 37.5 hours per week, with some weekend and Bank Holiday shifts.

There is potential for remote work on specific shifts.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified individuals with an A-level or equivalent/Apprenticeship Level 3.
• Candidates with proven experience providing first line IT support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering first-line support for Digital and Clinical Digital services during standard working hours.
• Working Long Days (12/12.5 hour shifts) to provide weekend/Bank Holiday cover; average 37.5 hours per week.
• Opportunity to work from home on specific shifts and the RDE Heavitree Service Desk Office.
