Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an IT Service Desk Operator – Level 1 in Exeter for a 6-month, on-site role. Restore IT assistance with NHS staff, after a 1-month training period you’ll work independently and cover frontline duties.

Hours are 37.5 per week, with shift patterns 08:00–20:00, Monday to Friday plus weekends and bank holidays. A-Level IT or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to NHS staff.

Hours: 37.5 hours/week On-site role

Contract: 6 months (Possibility of being permanent)

Pay Rate: £13.60/hr + Holiday pay => £15.46/hr (Day)

• Saturday Rate: £18.36/hr + Holiday Pay => £20.87/hr
• Sunday Rate: £22.99/hr + Holiday Pay => £26.13/hr
• Bank Holiday Rate: £22.99/hr + Holiday Pay =>£26.13/hr

Role Summary:
