Job summary

The Royal Devon’s Digital Services Team is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support their commitment to providing efficient, sustainable 24*7 support. This is an entry level IT role and is therefore an ideal opportunity for an individual to join the team who has an IT qualification with little or no experience.

If you have an IT qualification equivalent to an A-Level/Level 3 Apprenticeship and desire a career in the Trust's Digital Services team, this may be the role for you.

Qualifications

• Newly qualified individuals with an A-level or equivalent/Apprenticeship Level 3, College leavers with a passion for pursuing a career in Digital Services within the Trust.
• Candidates with proven experience providing first line IT support in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering first-line support for Digital and Clinical Digital services during standard working hours.
• Working long days (12/12.5 hour shifts) to provide weekend and Bank Holiday cover; 37.5 hours avg per week.
• Opportunity to work from home on specific shifts and the RDE Heavitree Service Desk Office.
• Exposure to diverse responsibilities across the Digital Services Team with salary enhancements for weekend/Bank Holiday shifts.
