Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4, Level 2 Service Desk Operator to join the Digital Services team. The role emphasizes first/second line IT support within a hospital environment, with responsibilities across Active Directory, email management, and Epic self-service workflows.

The successful candidate will work in a patient-focused, team-driven setting, adhering to SLA, prioritising IG practices, and delivering reliable service across the Royal Devon

Formación

• Experience providing IT Service Desk cover in a hospital environment.
• Proven ability to follow SLA requirements and provide first/second line support.
• Familiarity with Epic clinical system and IG practices.

Responsabilidades

• Answer support calls following Trust SLA requirements.
• Create and manage Active Directory and email accounts following policies.
• Support the Epic clinical system and associated workflows.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and excellent customer service.
