Glory Global is seeking an Entry-Level Field Service Engineer to cover South Birmingham and surrounding areas. You’ll start from a home base, visit customer sites, diagnose issues, and work with a company-provided vehicle. Full training is provided and a driving licence is required.

You’ll join a team focused on first-time fixes, scheduling with support teams, and ongoing learning to develop technical product expertise. A practical, customer-friendly approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have some work experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Interest and understanding of engineering/technology.

Responsabilités

• Start day from home or base, travel to customer sites and manage jobs.
• Meet the customer, understand the issue and drive to resolution.
• Use a Windows laptop to review logs, run checks and record work.
• Carry out basic connectivity setup (LAN, IP) and document steps.
• Perform preventative maintenance and replace parts as needed.
• Test equipment and document actions before leaving; learn during downtime.
