Job summary

ARIS is seeking an Executive Value Advisor to lead strategic advisory across global enterprise accounts in the UK. You will translate business priorities into governed process outcomes and help organizations mature from foundation to transform maturity stages.

This senior, customer‑facing role sits within the Success Package and reports to the VP of Customer Value. You will combine business strategy, operational excellence, and process technology to deliver measurable value and guide executives

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise software pre‑sales, solution consulting, or value engineering at a vendor or top‑tier consultancy.
• Ability to connect transformation initiatives to measurable financial/operational outcomes.
• Experience defining operating models/CoE structures for scalable adoption and governance.
• Experience building and presenting value propositions and business cases.
• Comfort engaging executive‑level stakeholders across business and IT.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM/HCM and cross‑system processes.
• Understanding of how AI/Agentic AI reshapes process landscapes and operating models.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-led advisory engagements translating strategy into measurable success plans, milestones, and KPIs.
• Build trusted advisor relationships at senior/executive levels; run executive reviews.
• Guide customers through value journey from adoption to AI-ready scale.
• Define and communicate ROI through value hypotheses and storytelling.
• Develop executive-ready business cases that secure funding and buy-in.
• Connect usage data to business outcomes for executive audiences.
• Deliver Product Roadmap Briefings and AI use-case mapping.
• Engage C‑suite to influence decisions and secure commitment.
