Job summary

Delaney & Bourton is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a major enterprise transformation in the Midlands, steering design through deployment across business, technology, data, integration and change. You will coordinate senior workstream leads and delivery partners, own testing, readiness, pilots and rollout, and engage with executive leadership to keep the end‑to‑end solution moving.

Experience in logistics, supply chain or manufacturing and a track record delivering ERP/SAP or complex

Qualifications

• Must have SAP, ERP, or Supply Chain Technology Programme Delivery experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise transformation.
• Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex enterprise transformation from design through to deployment.
• Bring business, technology, data, integration, testing and change together.
• Lead multiple senior workstream leads and delivery partners.
• Own integrated testing, readiness, pilot and rollout.
• Operate confidently with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Take accountability when things get complicated.
