Job summary

Modis International Ltd is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Lead to own delivery of a major ERP transformation in South Yorkshire. You will lead design through go-live, coordinating business, technology teams and partners to achieve tangible business outcomes.

The role requires hands-on programme leadership, fit-for-purpose process design and effective change management across finance, procurement, supply chain and HR. SC eligible beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP implementations from selection or design through go-live.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle/IFS/M Dynamics/Unit4).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a new ERP platform across the organisation.
• Act as the primary ERP programme lead, coordinating business, technology and third‑party delivery teams.
• Drive fit‑to‑standard adoption and challenge unnecessary customisation.
• Work with stakeholders to define future‑state processes and operating models.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Manage ERP scope, priorities, risks and dependencies throughout the programme.
• Oversee system design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment.
• Ensure integration with key business systems including CRM, HR, finance and operations.
• Coordinate partners and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Lead change management and user adoption to maximise business value.
