Langham Recruitment represents a leading UK housebuilder seeking a Programme Manager to lead large-scale business systems transformations across ERP, procurement, finance and operations.

You will drive ERP implementations, platform migrations and process improvements, bridging between business, technology teams and third-party partners to ensure successful delivery with strong governance and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Significant programme management experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Experience with ERP implementations and enterprise system migrations.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and benefits realisation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business systems and technology transformation programmes.
• Establish governance, controls and reporting processes.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across operations and enterprise systems.
• Own roadmaps, reporting, budgets and delivery plans.
• Produce Board, Executive and Steering Committee reporting.
• Coordinate project managers, business analysts, architects, and third-party suppliers.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities.
• Drive change, stakeholder readiness, communications and benefits realisation.
• Support ERP and digital transformation programmes to successful adoption.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and partners.
