Job summary

Langham Recruitment is recruiting a Programme Manager for a leading UK housebuilder to lead large-scale business systems transformation programmes across ERP, procurement, finance and operations. You will own governance, manage multiple workstreams, and partner with stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to ensure adoption and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

Significant Programme Management experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
Experience delivering complex technology projects and programmes including ERP implementations and enterprise system migrations.
Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale business systems and technology transformation programmes across the portfolio.
Establish and maintain programme governance, controls and reporting.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across operations, enterprise systems and platforms.
Own roadmaps, budgets, delivery plans and executive reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
Drive benefits realisation and stakeholder readiness for ERP and integration programmes.
