Qualifications

• Significant Programme Management experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
• Experience delivering complex technology projects and programmes including ERP implementations and enterprise system migrations.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business systems and technology transformation programmes across the portfolio.
• Establish and maintain programme governance, controls and reporting.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across operations, enterprise systems and platforms.
• Own roadmaps, budgets, delivery plans and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers.
• Drive benefits realisation and stakeholder readiness for ERP and integration programmes.
