Job summary

James Cropper is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a group-wide ERP implementation programme. You will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, coordinating internal teams, partners and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and successful business outcomes.

The role requires a hands-on transformation leader who can influence senior stakeholders, drive change and manage complex cross-functional teams across manufacturing and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Strong governance, planning, risk and stakeholder management expertise.
• Experience leading cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full ERP implementation programme from mobilisation to post go-live support.
• Manage integrated project plans, milestones, resources, dependencies and critical paths.
• Establish project governance, reporting, risk management and decisions.
• Interface with ERP vendors and implementation partners.
• Coordinate design, configuration, testing, data migration and integrations.
• Drive change, communications, training and business readiness activities.
• Oversee cutover, go-live, hypercare and transition to BAU.
