Job summary

Langham Recruitment is assisting a leading UK housebuilder to recruit a Programme Manager for Business Systems transformation. You will drive ERP and enterprise system initiatives, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and deliver complex change programmes across finance, procurement and operations.

You will operate in a governance-focused environment, coordinating between business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners, with a strong emphasis on benefits realisation.

Qualifications

Significant programme management experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
Experience with ERP implementations, enterprise system migrations or digital transformation programmes.
Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills at board/executive level.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale business systems and technology transformation programmes across the portfolio.
Establish governance, controls and reporting frameworks for programmes.
Coordinate multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers.
Own roadmaps, budgets, reporting and delivery plans.
Produce Board, Executive and Steering Committee reports.
Collaborate with delivery teams, vendors and partners to ensure adoption.
