Job summary

StealthWatch is seeking a technically minded Technical Account Manager to serve enterprise customers and maximise the value of their cybersecurity investment. You will own post-sale relationships, support onboarding, adoption and ongoing optimization, and work with security and IT teams to address risks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role within cybersecurity, cloud security, data security or related technology environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, Windows operating systems and relevant security technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS or similar).
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, manage multiple accounts and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to investigate technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Confident engaging with both technical teams and senior stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Commercial awareness; understanding renewals and opportunities to expand relationships.
• Proactive, organized and self-motivated; ownership mindset; eager to learn and deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical relationship with a portfolio of enterprise customers as their primary technical contact.
• Lead onboarding, product implementation support and ongoing adoption activities.
• Proactively assess customer environments, identify security risks and recommend remediation strategies.
• Conduct regular health checks, technical reviews and quarterly business reviews to demonstrate value.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across cybersecurity, IT, cloud, compliance and senior management.
• Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities and support renewals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform and evolving threats.
