Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an Organizational Learning Advisor, Enterprise Systems to design, deliver, maintain, and measure global systems training for Medidata and Certinia platforms, translating complex workflows into role-based learning experiences across the enterprise.

You will partner with system owners and business leaders to align training with go-live timelines, develop performance support resources, and ensure assets are published and tracked in the Worldwide Learning Center.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver role-based systems training for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Translate complex clinical, financial, and operational requirements into learning experiences.
• Balance go-live timelines with validated-system requirements and compliance controls.
• Demonstrate experience with instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended formats.
• Experience publishing and sustaining training in LMS environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and enablement strategies for Medidata and Certinia implementations and releases.
• Own the training approach in partnership with system owners and stakeholders.
• Confirm audiences, learning objectives, and content readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain learning journeys, curricula, job aids, eLearning, videos, and workshops.
• Support end-user training, train-the-trainer sessions, communications, and adoption efforts.
• Collaborate with LMS and learning operations to publish, version, and report assets in the Worldwide Learning Center.
