Industrious, a leading premium workplace provider, is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Manager to drive a new product line in Europe. You will shepherd complex, multi-stakeholder deals from first contact through to a live, operating space, coordinating with design, construction, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of a Managed by Industrious deal from first client conversation to a live space.
• Translate client needs into a costed real estate and design solution with input from the design team.
• Lead landlord and broker relationships and negotiate lease terms that protect the project.
• Build the commercial model and client-facing proposal with lease, build and operating costs.
• Run the transaction from high-level terms to final signed agreements with client and landlord.
• Handoff projects to design and construction with commitments clearly deliverable on time and budget.
• Help build the playbook and document effective approaches to speed up future deals.
• Generate opportunities when the pipeline requires proactive outreach.
