Job summary

Fire and Security Careers is seeking a Sales BDM to win high-value integrated security and fire and security projects across the South of the UK.

The role focuses on larger commercial accounts rather than warehouses or residential properties, with targets toward £1m+ eventually; prior volumes of £600k+ are viewed as relevant. Gallagher Integrated Security and networked fire alarms form the core solution suite, including access control, CCTV and related systems.

Qualifications

• Has sold both security and fire systems for BAFE, NSI, SSAIB, or FIA type company.
• Ideally has experience winning projects in commercial buildings, CNI, or similar projects for fire and security or integrated security installers.
• Applicants must be based in or be able to sell in South East UK.

Responsibilities

• Sell larger projects and more commercial accounts rather than warehouses or residential properties.
• Targets include commercial offices, major sites, and critical national infrastructure (CNI) such as energy, water, utilities, and communications.
• Sales focus on Gallagher Integrated Security and networked fire alarm system solutions, covering access control, CCTV, and fire alarms where possible.
• Targets: Not in the first year but eventually selling £1m+ of systems; a past sales volume of £600k+ is considered appropriate for the role.
• Experience and knowledge of clients with larger work from consultants, contractors, end users or facilities management.
