Fire and Security Careers is helping a client recruit a Fire Alarm Systems Business Development Manager for the Midlands. The role targets winning large installation projects and driving new business with a track record in fire alarm systems sales.

You will focus on securing opportunities above £250k and potentially £1m+, leveraging existing FIA/BAFE contacts. A sales-driven, results-oriented mindset is essential to succeed in this high-earning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire alarm sales and project sourcing.
• FIA or BAFE company background preferred.
• Existing contacts with end users, contractors, FM's or consultants.

Responsibilities

• Generate and close large Fire Alarm Systems Install projects in the Midlands (£250k+ per project).
• Develop new business and win projects with a strong focus on £500k+ to £1m+ opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, FM's or consultants to secure bids.
