Aerials Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales/BDM - Fire to drive growth across London and the South East. The role focuses on generating new opportunities, managing client relationships, and turning leads into confirmed orders while upholding excellent service standards.

You'll build a robust fire systems sales pipeline, engage with main contractors and consultants, prepare accurate quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Sales or Business Development role (3–5+ years).
• Knowledge of fire systems and life-safety requirements in construction.
• Ability to discuss specifications, compliance and programme requirements with clients.

Responsabilités

• Generate new sales opportunities and build a Fire sales pipeline.
• Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads to quotations and orders.
• Meet clients on site or remotely to understand requirements and propose compliant solutions.
• Work with internal teams to produce accurate quotations and scopes of work.
• Maintain CRM and provide regular pipeline updates to management.
