Samsara seeks an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to lead the Enterprise Core UKI team, driving performance and shaping demonstrations of the Connected Operations Cloud for top UK customers.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, regional leaders, and product teams to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, while guiding a dispersed sales engineering team in a high-performance environment. Remote UK focus with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar.
• 5+ years of sales engineering management experience.
• Experience with Software Product sales: Infrastructure, SaaS.
• Knowledge in IoT, Networking/Security, SaaS, Cloud Technologies, or Physical Security.
• Strong technical and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to partner with a broad coalition of stakeholders across the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Location: Remote, United Kingdom.

Responsabilités

• Manage individual and team performance ensuring collaboration with sales, product, support, and customer success teams.
• Work with Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors on account planning, strategy, and sales call activity.
• Manage escalations (product issues, feature requests, etc.) in a pre-sales environment.
• Participate in customer/prospect calls as a trusted advisor.
• Partner with other Sales Engineering leaders to improve the organization.
