RMG, a specialist technology recruiting agency, is partnering with an established innovator in the data and security space to appoint a permanent, full-time Enterprise Sales Engineer based hybrid in the United Kingdom.

You will act as a true commercial co-pilot alongside Account Executives, leading technical discovery, aligning technology solutions with business value, and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across six- and seven-figure enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise pre-sales engineering with consensus selling and deal co-ownership.
• Executive presence and communication skills to pitch business impact to non-technical leaders.
• Strong grasp of enterprise IT ecosystems, infrastructure fundamentals, and software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to co-own enterprise deals end-to-end.
• Deliver value-friendly presentations to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Architect and lead pre-sales evaluations, demos, and PoCs for complex enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Mobilise internal specialists when deeper expertise is required across major campaigns.
• Anticipate and dismantle objections across multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
