About the Role:

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Regional Cyber Security Sales Head to spearhead their sales efforts in the UK & Europe region.

Your mission will be to promote our advanced cybersecurity services and solutions to businesses and organizations, driving growth and excellence. You'll be in charge of creating and implementing a strong sales plan, finding new opportunities, nurturing current client relationships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Working closely with different teams to develop attractive marketing campaigns, refine sales materials, and set competitive pricing strategies will be a key part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a forward-thinking sales strategy that aligns with our overall goals, ensuring each step is well thought out.

  • Pricing Wizardry: Mastermind pricing strategies and skillfully negotiate customer contracts.
  • Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with our marketing and product teams to shape engaging sales materials, attractive offerings, creative campaigns, and smart product positioning.
  • Market Watch: Keep a close eye on cybersecurity trends and competitive developments, providing valuable insights to refine our sales tactics.
  • Empower the Business: Play a crucial role in boosting our business functions across Middle East with your sales expertise.

Requirement:

  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field as a foundation for your knowledge.
  • Visa status: British citizen will be preferred
  • Sales Experience: Bring around 10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity sales or a related field.
  • Networking Whiz: Boast a strong network in the UK & Europe region, showcasing your ability to build valuable connections.
  • Proven Results: Demonstrate an impressive track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets while driving revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess the charisma and leadership qualities to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Communication Mastery: Communicate, negotiate, and present with exceptional finesse.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Exhibit a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends and threats, adeptly explaining the value of our cybersecurity solutions to customers.
