You'll own the technical relationships, lead executive reviews, and collaborate across teams to ensure maximum value and platform health, with occasional international travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

5+ years of SaaS technical troubleshooting.
2+ years of enterprise/large account management.
Experience guiding executive and technical stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex tech into business value.

Responsibilities

Architect long-term, scalable technical strategies for customer goals.
Own the technical relationship with enterprise accounts.
