Job summary

deepset is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full sales cycle from outbound through to close, engaging AI engineers and architects as a technical peer while driving commercial outcomes with CFOs and procurement.

You will manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts and hit quarterly ACV targets, including security and compliance conversations, and help build the enterprise GTM motion with product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Closed enterprise software deals above €100K ACV.
• Ability to discuss architecture with AI engineers and ROI with CFOs.
• Experience selling developer tooling or AI/ML platforms to engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound to close.
• Manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts with €50K–€500K+ ACV targets.
• Lead technical demos and evaluations with engineering teams.
• Navigate security reviews and enterprise contracting processes.
• Help shape the enterprise GTM motion and feed market signals back to product/marketing.
