Job summary

Acclaro is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to act as the technical authority in the sales cycle for enterprise accounts. You will lead demos, run requirements workshops, and design end-to-end workflows that connect translation management systems with client CMS, DMS, and other core platforms, while advising on secure middleware and API architecture.

You will build proofs of concept, deploy content intelligence workflows, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Delivery and Sales to align

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in localization engineering, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Excellent cross-functional communication to align Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for turning complex processes into automated solutions.
• Understanding of content intelligence and ability to design and sell scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical authority in the sales cycle and lead product demos for enterprise accounts.
• Own requirements workshops to define integration points, data models, and orchestration patterns.
• Design end-to-end workflows connecting TMS and Acclaro with CMS, DMS, and other platforms.
• Advise on API architecture, webhooks, and secure middleware development.
• Build proofs of concept and deploy content intelligence workflows to deliver measurable outcomes.
