Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior Pre-sales Solutions Engineer for the EMEA Iberia/Italy Enterprise business. You will lead technical engagements in complex sales cycles, articulating the value of Atlassian products and how they fit into a customer’s strategic goals.

You’ll partner with sales and partners, demonstrate product value, and guide technical discussions with executives and engineers across the customer’s organization. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to rally cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional account teams and Atlassian partners to participate in customer discovery and map to Atlassian platforms.
• Lead tailored value-based demonstrations showing how Atlassian products solve customer problems.
• Guide customers' technical needs in the sales process to gain buy-in.
• Document feedback and competitive intelligence for internal product discussions.
