Job summary

Cognite in London is seeking an Enterprise Field Engineer to lead technical relationships with enterprise clients, architect solutions, and demonstrate scalable use cases of Cognite Data Fusion®. You will work with account teams to expand deployments and ensure solution integrity across the customer ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution architecture, field engineering, or pre/post-sales roles in enterprise SaaS/cloud/industrial software.
• Hands-on Python development and software engineering practices.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners.
• Expertise in industrial data, OT/IT convergence, and data integration patterns.
• Knowledge of data platforms, APIs, pipelines, storage, security and governance in cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical liaison to key clients, aligning on solutions, architectures and roadmaps to enable scale.
• Educate clients on Cognite Data Fusion and related offerings, driving adoption and value realization.
• Translate client feedback into actionable product requirements for the Product team.
• Partner with field engineering and sales to support opportunities and drive joint success.
• Develop reference architectures, demos and accelerators used by Cognite teams and customers.
