Job summary

Acclaro in London is seeking a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer to bridge sales and solutions architecture. You’ll design, build proofs of concept, and demonstrate how our platform delivers measurable outcomes for large enterprise clients.

You will own technical architecture for key accounts, work with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering, and translate complex requirements into secure, scalable integrations across TMS, CMS, DMS and other core systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in localization engineering, pre-sales, or solutions architecture.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Engineering.
• Experience handling enterprise procurement and IT security discussions.
• Ability to translate complex processes into automated solutions.
• Understanding of content intelligence and selling related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority in sales cycles for strategic accounts and demo platform.
• Lead requirements workshops and produce integration blueprints.
• Design end-to-end workflows connecting TMS, CMS, DMS and other platforms.
• Build proofs of concept to win client buy-in.
• Deliver content intelligence workflows using platform, LLMs, and human-in-the-loop.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align with customer needs.
