Job summary

AVEVA is seeking an experienced CONNECT Platform Manager to drive growth of the CONNECT platform, blending enterprise SaaS sales with customer success activities. You will own pipeline, evangelize platform adoption, and influence GTM strategy across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

You will blend account executive and customer success skills to onboard, enable stakeholders, and expand platform usage, reporting to the Director of CONNECT Platform Commercial Strategy.

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS or Cloud software roles.
Proven track record owning ARR targets and closing complex deals.
Strong sales acumen: territory planning, value-based selling, stakeholder mapping, negotiation.

Responsibilities

Own commercial outcomes for a portfolio of target accounts.
Identify and qualify use-case opportunities for CONNECT platform products.
Engage technical and business stakeholders to build buying coalitions.
Drive and close new SaaS/Cloud platform deals with land-and-expand focus.
Negotiate terms aligned with value delivered and usage patterns.
Influence post-sale expansion and champion new use cases.
