Job summary

HSBC Group seeks a high-impact Change Director to lead major operating model changes across the Group. You will work with the Global Head of GCOO Operating Model Change and executives to shape and deliver large-scale programs from design to benefits realisation.

You will drive business cases, define delivery approaches, and ensure governance and value-stream alignment across complex initiatives. The role requires senior stakeholder engagement and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in large-scale operating model change programs.
• Ability to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver large-scale operating model change programmes from design to delivery.
• Own enterprise-wide delivery programmes leading to benefits realisation.
• Create business cases with outcomes, costs and success measures.
• Define delivery plans including design and operating model impacts and benefits.
• Oversee programme management, business analysis, adoption planning and implementation.
• Partner with senior leaders to set priorities and accelerate decisions.
• Track OKRs with data to evidence tangible benefits.
