Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Consulting to lead enterprise-wide transformation, designing and executing a multi-year Operating Model Transformation. You will partner with ABS leadership to translate strategy into scalable roadmaps and measurable value across regions, functions and solution lines.

You will work with internal consultants, project managers and SMEs to orchestrate cross-functional programs, build governance, and drive adoption.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation programmes at the enterprise level.
Proven ability to connect strategy to execution and value realization.
Strong collaboration with senior leaders and executive audiences.
Excellent analytical thinking with data, financials and performance metrics.
Proficient in using digital tools to improve impact and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Partner with ABS leadership to define vision, priorities and roadmaps for business model redesign.
Lead end-to-end operating model design, including governance and decision rights.
Apply structured consulting methods to inform decision-making.
Orchestrate multi-workstream implementation, pilots, scaling and governance alignment.
Build trusted relationships with executives and enable change adoption.
