Responsibilities

• Own global COO coverage for CMA Global Sector teams and translate priorities into operating plans.
• Oversee the Sector COO team and partner on strategy execution.
• Deliver global performance insights grounded in trusted data.
• Shape and deliver CMA’s AI enablement strategy aligned to priorities.
• Define target-state architecture investment roadmaps and value cases within risk appetite.
• Prioritize and scale AI use cases and track benefits.
• Translate business needs into technology requirements and data needs.
• Maintain audit-ready governance and controls across regions.
• Manage regulatory engagement in partnership with key stakeholders.
