Responsibilities

Own global COO coverage for CMA Global Sector teams and translate priorities into executable plans.
Oversee Sector COO team and partner with Global Head of Sector on strategy execution.
Deliver global performance insights grounded in trusted data and market dynamics.
Lead CMA's AI enablement strategy aligned to CIB priorities and growth ambitions.
Define target-state architecture investment roadmaps and value cases within risk appetite.
Scale AI use cases with defined OKRs and KPIs and track benefits.
Communicate complex topics to executives with strong PowerPoint and data visuals.
Influence senior stakeholders across regions to drive decisions to execution.
